SMARCAMP roof top tents are shipped via freight, and we charge a flat fee of $400 to most locations in the contiguous US and $1200 to Alaska (Fairbanks and Anchorage only), Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Extra shipping costs may apply to locations requiring special delivery options. You may cancel your RTT order at any time before it has shipped and get a full refund, minus a 3.5% cancellation fee.

For 1 years from the date of roof top tent purchase, SMARCAMP will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. SMARCAMP will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation. This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from SMARCAMP.com or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims. Products sold by SMARCAMP that are not SMARCAMP-branded are warrantied by their respective manufacturer. “Garage Sale” tents (only available in our Kent, WA location) are sold with our 2 Year Limited Warranty, but will not include a warranty on certain parts that will be notated at the time of purchase. Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below: - UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric or gel coat. - Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window - - -- discoloration or damage, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent shell, etc.) - Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, etc.) - Damage caused by acts of nature (storm damage, wind damage, etc.) - Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the roof top tent. - If the product is arbitrarily repaired or modified by the customer.
